Recipe

1 ripe banana

1/2 cup of plain yogurt 0%

3/4 cup of blueberries, strawberries and/or raspberries

2 tablespoons of honey

2-3 ice cubes

15 ml MCal Citrate liquid (with or without vitamin D)


Each serving contains approximately:

250 calories

7.5 g protein

1 g fat

55 g carbohydrates

2-5 g fiber

90 mg sodium

Calcium 750 mg (250 mg from yogurt, 500 mg from MCal Citrate liquid)
