BROSSARD, November 2, 2026 — Mantra Pharma is pleased to announce that Genevieve Giguere will join the company as Chief Operating Officer, effective November 9, 2026.

Genevieve brings significant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including nearly ten years at Sandoz, where she held roles involving supply chain, product launches, life cycle management and strategic projects.

She subsequently joined Deloitte, where she became the Partner leading the firm’s Healthcare and Life Sciences Practice in Quebec, as well as Lead Partner for the Government of Quebec, one of Deloitte’s largest clients in the province. In these roles, she worked closely with senior leaders on complex healthcare and public-sector issues, giving her a deep understanding of Quebec’s healthcare system and regulatory environment.

Genevieve also serves as Chair of the Quebec Cancer Foundation, further reflecting her longstanding involvement in Quebec’s healthcare community and her commitment to patients.

In her new role, Genevieve will work closely with Jean-François Letarte and the Mantra leadership team. She will help Mantra continue its growth, improve coordination across the organization and further develop collaboration with Marcan. Her experience in both the pharmaceutical industry and Quebec’s healthcare and public-sector environment will be particularly valuable as Mantra continues to grow in a highly regulated industry.
