BROSSARD, August 25, 2026 – Mantra Pharma announces the launch of Qosequ™ (denosumab injection) in Canada, a biosimilar to Prolia® with indications authorized by Health Canada and outlined in its product monograph.

Qosequ™ is Mantra Pharma’s first biosimilar and represents an important step in the continued growth of the company’s bone health portfolio. Building on its existing presence in bone health through mcal, its range of calcium and vitamin D products available in a variety of formats, Mantra Pharma is now expanding its offering with an injectable treatment administered every six months for the management of osteoporosis in certain patients.

A comprehensive approach to bone health

Bone health relies on a combination of nutritional intake, treatment, monitoring and support measures tailored to each patient’s needs and care journey. Qosequ™ is a denosumab injection administered every six months, in accordance with its product monograph. Healthcare professionals may consider this option based on the authorized indications and the clinical circumstances of their patients.

A patient support program will also support the launch of Qosequ™. Program details and relevant information will be communicated directly to healthcare professionals.
